Job Summary

Own end-to-end event logistics and marketing operations supporting campaigns, from conference coordination and fulfillment to audience targeting and ad spend tracking.

  • Own event planning and outcomes tracking (leads, engagement, spend).
  • Own inventory, catalog, and fulfillment of marketing materials.
  • Support HubSpot data hygiene and campaign assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event & Conference Support - Assist with end-to-end event coordination, including registration, travel, and booth logistics.
  • Event & Conference Support - Manage pre-event and post-event fulfillment (shipping collateral, banners, swag).
  • Event & Conference Support - Coordinate vendor relationships for booth materials, giveaways, and printing.
  • Event & Conference Support - Research upcoming healthcare and payer conferences to inform event strategy.
  • Event & Conference Support - Track and report event outcomes (leads, engagement, spend).
  • Marketing Operations & Fulfillment - Oversee inventory and fulfillment of marketing materials stored in the warehouse.
  • Marketing Operations & Fulfillment - Maintain an up-to-date catalog of available collateral and swag.
  • Marketing Operations & Fulfillment - Coordinate shipments to field and sales teams as needed.
  • Marketing Operations & Fulfillment - Support database cleanup and contact uploads in HubSpot (no coding required).
  • Marketing Operations & Fulfillment - Support direct mail campaign delivery and coordinate list processing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. (Or comparable Experience)
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, or Asana is a plus.
  • Comfortable with reporting platforms, such as Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare field is a plus.
