Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Rhino Recon's overall digital marketing strategy.
• Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, email, and other relevant channels.
• Develop marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified contractor leads and demo appointments.
• Create compelling content highlighting Rhino Recon's features, customer results, use cases, and competitive advantages.
• Produce short-form videos, graphics, advertisements, email campaigns, landing-page copy, and other marketing materials.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta and Google Ads where applicable.
• Build email and SMS marketing campaigns for prospects, leads, and existing customers.
• Develop strategies to improve brand awareness within the roofing and home-service industries.
• Work with the sales team to create campaigns supporting outbound prospecting and booked demonstrations.
• Help promote events, Lunch & Learns, webinars, partnerships, and industry opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, sales, and/or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating marketing campaigns designed to generate leads.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and make decisions based on data.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where strategies are tested and adjusted quickly.
• Self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of projects from idea through execution.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred

• Experience marketing SaaS or technology products.
• Experience marketing to roofing, construction, home-service, or contractor businesses.
• Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website conversion optimization.
• Experience creating short-form video content.
• Familiarity with contractor sales, door-to-door sales, canvassing, or lead generation is a major plus.
