Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including sales assets (promotional fliers and product sell sheets), presentations, and point-of-sale (POS)
• Support social media content and consumer communication
• Assist with brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Develop and maintain planograms and retail merchandising strategies
• Coordinate and execute in-store promotions and sampling events
• Ensure proper placement and execution of POS materials
• Work with and maintain retail systems and product databases
• Plan, organize, and execute product sampling events
• Represent the brand at promotional events and activations
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and staffing for events
• Assist in planning and executing new product launches
• Support product development initiatives with research and coordination
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new products to market
• Work closely with external agencies (creative, media, etc.)
• Coordinate deliverables and timelines with partners
• Support internal marketing team initiatives and projects
• Prepare professional presentations for internal and external use
• Handle miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed
• Serve as a backup to the Marketing Director when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2–5+ years of marketing experience
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
• Experience with spreadsheets and data management (Excel proficiency required)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Familiarity with retail systems, planograms, and POS marketing
• Experience coordinating events and promotions
