Job Summary

Own the on-site execution, vendor coordination, and event-wide communications workstream for a multi-location marketing program, balancing logistics, content calendars, and local reputation management to drive consistent brand presence.

  • Operations and events: coordinate installations, trade shows, and community fairs with cross-functional teams.
  • Content and calendar ownership: manage social content calendars, local pages, and digital reputation across locations.
  • Campaign scoping and measurement: draft communications campaigns across social, print, and multimedia and evaluate outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event logistics and vendor coordination to support installations, trade shows, and community fairs.
  • Operations ownership of social calendars, content calendars, and digital reputation across locations.
  • Campaign scoping and evaluation, including social, print, direct mail, and multimedia communications.
  • Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
  • Tracks logistics for marketing projects including merchandise orders, business cards & more
  • Creates & implements social media calendars for secondary brand pages
  • Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
  • Presents design ideas and recommendations to director of marketing, associates, leadership or sales team.
  • Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
  • Evaluates success of campaigns when completed.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
