Job Summary
Own content creation and multi-channel engagement while coordinating paid and organic programs to drive leads and brand lift for a regional contractor brand.
- Coordinate content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Own multi-channel campaigns including Google and Meta ads, SEO, and email to accelerate growth and measure impact.
- Track, report, and act on campaign metrics to inform growth initiatives and leadership decisions.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Support lead generation efforts through digital marketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Assist with SEO initiatives and website optimization
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer communication efforts
- Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Capture photos and videos of projects, employees, and company events
- Create engaging short-form video content including Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor engagement and online reputation
Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing, digital marketing, or content creation experience
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience creating photo and video content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Meta Ads
- Experience with Canva and video editing software
- Experience with SEO and website management
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
