Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build Our Brand – Develop creative campaigns and messaging that communicate who we are, what we stand for, and why customers should choose Efficient Air.
• Create Engaging Content – Develop social media posts, videos, graphics, promotional materials, and other content that captures attention and connects with our audience.
• Drive Digital Marketing – Help manage and improve our online presence through social media, website content, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Generate Opportunities – Develop marketing initiatives that attract new customers, encourage repeat business, and support our company's growth.
• Connect With Our Community – Help showcase our involvement in the communities we serve and find new ways to build lasting relationships.
• Tell Our Team's Story – Highlight the people behind Efficient Air, celebrate their accomplishments, and show customers the dedication that goes into the work we do.
• Measure What Matters – Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and use data to make our marketing more effective.
• Bring New Ideas to Life – Research opportunities, explore creative strategies, and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
