Job Summary

Own onboarding and elevating CCM marketing tools adoption by delivering hands-on training, curricula, and tailored content to sales teams; align training with cross-functional goals and measure impact to boost platform usage.

  • Training strategy: design and deliver in-person and web-based sessions across branches to maximize adoption.
  • Curriculum & resources: develop SOPs, FAQs, and job aids in collaboration with marketing, onboarding, and sales.
  • Impact & analytics: track training effectiveness and report on platform adoption and onboarding outcomes to marketing leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure members of CCM sales teams are set up for success with marketing tools & training courses.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the Marketing department offerings and present new products and services to sales teams to increase tool adoption.
  • Collaborate and strategize with cross-functional teams, including marketing platform leaders, sales, and onboarding training team to align training content with company goals.
  • Manage the logistics and scheduling of training sessions, ensuring seamless coordination with branch locations.
  • Conduct onsite training sessions and provide subject matter expertise to sales employees via a variety of methodologies to increase adoption of marketing platforms.
  • Create and optimize trainings; develop curriculum and job aids for marketing technology training courses, in cooperation with other departments, to ensure comprehensive and effective training.
  • Oversee training on marketing software to enhance user adoption, delivering web-based and in-person training, traveling to branches as required.
  • Create and maintain department SOPs, FAQs, and training templates, updating these resources based on procedural or policy changes and internal process improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training, e-learning, and professional development.
  • Keep abreast of new CRM features, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring training content remains up-to-date and relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • 3+ years of experience in training.
  • Certifications in training, digital marketing, or CRM platforms, preferred.
  • Experience in delivering engaging, interactive training sessions in various settings.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with all levels of management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Travel as required (up to 80% of the time) to branches across the U.S. to provide in-person training and support.
