Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute on-site marketing campaigns promoting password best practices (15+ character adoption)
- Engage employees in common areas (cafeterias, break rooms, etc.) to drive awareness and participation
- Distribute campaign materials (e.g., business cards, handouts)
- Help design and set up campaign visuals, messaging, and tracking (graphs, engagement metrics, etc.)
- Gather feedback and report on user engagement and adoption trends
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and internal teams to align messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (recent grads ideal)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable approaching and engaging people in person
- Outgoing, proactive personality with a "ground game” mindset
- Basic understanding of marketing campaigns or event-style engagement
- Ability to travel occasionally to PA sites
Preferred
- Interest in cybersecurity or tech
- Experience with campus marketing, brand ambassador roles, or event promotion
