You will own the company’s social media presence and digital marketing support, coordinating content creation, posting, basic website updates, and customer communications across marketing, operations, and customer service workstreams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish content across social media platforms, including Google Maps, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Take photos and short videos of warehouse operations, equipment, inventory, and company activities for marketing purposes.
  • Write and edit social media posts and basic marketing content.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule across company social media accounts.
  • Help increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
  • Promote the company's electronics recycling, e-scrap purchasing, and IT asset disposition services.
  • Assist with website content updates and basic digital marketing activities.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general customer inquiries.
  • Respond to customer emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors when they arrive at the facility.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms.
  • Comfortable taking photos, creating posts, and producing basic short-form video content.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in social media, marketing, customer service, office administration, inventory management, or operations support .
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing software is a plus.
  • Japanese or Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Experience or interest in electronics, recycling, sustainability, IT, or technology is a plus.
