Job Description

Responsibilities

Send daily marketing and outreach emails
Update and maintain spreadsheets to track leads
Help create and post content to our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook)
Organize digital files and company documents
Track ongoing marketing projects
Pitch in on other tasks as the team needs

Requirements

Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Sheets & Docs
Reliable and punctual—you show up on time and people can count on you
Strong time management—you keep your work organized and on schedule
Teachable and adaptable—you pick things up quickly and roll with changing priorities
A problem-solver who takes initiative
Comfortable in a busy, active office

Preferred

A plus *(not required): any experience with social media content, design tools, or marketing.
