Job Summary

Own enterprise AI-enabled MR strategy and drive the transformation of MR across the lifecycle to deliver faster, higher-quality insights that inform forecasting and decision-making while enabling scalable governance and capability building.

Define and drive the enterprise AI-enabled MR strategy, aligned to business priorities and decision needs
Embed AI across MR steps to enable rapid synthesis, hypothesis formation, design, and variant optimization while increasing learning velocity
Partner with Forecasting, Finance, and Brand leaders to translate AI insights into forecasting assumptions, scenarios, and uncertainty

Job Description

Own enterprise AI-enabled market research strategy and drive the transformation of MR across the lifecycle to deliver faster, higher-quality insights that inform forecasting and decision-making while enabling scalable governance and capability building.

Enterprise AI Market Research Strategy & Value Delivery: Define and drive the enterprise strategy for AI-enabled market research (MR), aligned to business priorities and commercial decision needs
AI-Enabled MR Transformation Across the Lifecycle: Embed AI across MR steps including rapid synthesis/summarization/analysis, hypothesis formation and questionnaire design, AI moderators, AI-simulated responses, creative audits, and variant generation/optimization
Forecasting Partnership & Decision Enablement: Partner with Forecasting, Finance, and Brand/TA leaders to translate AI-augmented insights into forecasting assumptions, scenarios, and documented uncertainty
Governance, Compliance, and Quality Standards: Set standards for methodological rigor and implement governance processes for responsible AI use with human-review checkpoints
Capability Building, Change Leadership, and Ways of Working: Build enterprise capability through playbooks, training, and stakeholder enablement to drive adoption across brands and regions
Vendor and Ecosystem Leadership: Oversee vendor-supported AI and MR initiatives and influence supplier strategy to expand capability and deliver value

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, mathematics, decision science, or analytics
Minimum of 10 years of experience in forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, and/or decision sciences in pharma or biopharma consulting
Demonstrated experience building and leading SME-focused teams in marketing research, forecasting, analytics, or decision sciences
Understanding of Insights’ role within broader enterprise strategy and ability to influence at executive levels
Proven talent development and culture-building in cross-functional, global teams
Strong stakeholder management and executive influence capabilities
Exceptional people leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills

Master’s degree in Statistics or Economics
Pharmaceutical Industry Experience in global mid-cap/large-cap company
