Responsibilities

• Customer Discovery: Identify and contact potential industry partners via LinkedIn, email, and phone to schedule discovery interviews.
• Interviewing: Lead structured interviews to understand industry pain points and market needs.
• Accelerator Participation: Attend all virtual workshops and coaching sessions as a key team member as well as the three day in person workshop in Rhode Island.
• Insight Synthesis: Work with the founders to translate customer feedback into actionable business strategies.

Requirements

• Availability for Virtual Workshops (Zoom) every Wednesday from April 22, 2026 to June 10, 2026 (12:00 PM to 2:00 PM PT); first session April 22 runs 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PT.
• In Person Workshop: June 16 to 18, 2026, in Narragansett, RI; Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.
• Coaching Calls: Flexible scheduling between April 22, 2026 and June 19, 2026.
• Business Mindset: You are curious about how products solve problems and how companies make purchasing decisions.
• Strong Communication: You are comfortable speaking with strangers and can explain concepts clearly.
• Reliability: Since this is a 3 to 5 hour per week role, you must be efficient and able to manage your own schedule to meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Background in business, marketing, or engineering who is interested in the commercialization of new technologies.
