Responsibilities
- Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience. - Assists guests, players, and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner. - Explains the Bally's Rewards program in detail. - Effectively markets the Bally's Rewards program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members. - Evaluates play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines. - Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System. - Stays informed about all Slot and Table Games activities and events. - Maintains general knowledge of the properties. - Inputs all player information into the database system and issues player cards. - Complies with all company's policies and procedures, as well as Colorado Gaming rules and regulations.
