Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events
- Greeting and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
- Educating customers about our windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services
- Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
- Collect and accurately enter customer information into company systems
- Maintain an organized, attractive, and inviting booth or display area
- Achieve individual and team lead generation goals
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Comfortable standing and interacting with customers throughout your shift
- Previous experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right person
