Marketing & Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, print advertising, and demand generation marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute social media marketing strategies using platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other social channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
• Manage content creation, including content writing for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials aligned with content marketing best practices.
• Analyze web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords to measure campaign performance and inform data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency.
• Lead marketing project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Support recruiting activities by promoting employer branding through targeted advertising sales efforts and coordinating outreach strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Write and post driver job ads on Indeed, Facebook, CDL job boards and local channels; track which sources produce hires.
• Answer applicant calls, texts and emails quickly, ideally the same day.
