Own pursuit content and marketing assets from RFPs to interviews, aligning with branding and deadlines, while coordinating across departments and managing content libraries and templates.

• RFP & Interview Content: Develop, organize, and format project descriptions, resumes, cover letters, presentations for proposals and client interviews.
• Content Coordination & Process: Gather inputs from leaders and staff, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery across multiple pursuits.
• Branding & Asset Management: Maintain templates, libraries, graphics, and collateral, while coordinating social and website content that supports pursuit visibility.
