Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage Customers: Act as the face of our brands and non-profit partners at live local events and promotional activations.
Promote Campaigns: Share campaign messaging, answer questions, and deliver positive experiences to attendees.
Event Support: Assist with daily promotional event setup, execution, and on-site coordination.
Learn & Grow: Participate in daily training sessions to master customer engagement and brand representation skills.

Requirements

People Skills: Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with the public.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
Mindset: Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn new marketing strategies.
Background: Open to all backgrounds! Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
