Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and live events.
• Support brand activations, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness and encourage participation.
• Communicate brand messaging, product information, and promotional details clearly and professionally.
• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, logistics, and breakdown.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, promotions, and event teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Represent brands with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Participate in training sessions to strengthen marketing, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Requirements

• An interest in marketing, advertising, brand promotions, event marketing, or customer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, events, or promotions is a plus.
• Relevant coursework in marketing or business is also welcome.
• No previous marketing experience is required.
