Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to turn direction into scoped work plans: deliverables, owners, sequence, timeline, dependencies.
• Set the work up in ClickUp and own the project board so it’s trackable from day one.
• Direct work across creative, design, writing, web, photo and video, and manage the internal process day to day.
• Track time and budget in Harvest, surface risk early, and run project meetings.
• Carry several projects at once, keeping delivery on scope, on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Have three or more years running multi-stakeholder projects, agency or professional services preferred.
• Like giving shape to early-stage ideas and are just as comfortable keeping the mechanics tight.
• Can direct specialists in work you don’t personally perform.
• Communicate clearly and stay calm across competing deadlines.
• Are fluent in a project tool. ClickUp a plus.
