Drive end-to-end marketing project delivery and cross-functional alignment for a marketing team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, etc.) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address any challenges.
  • Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Analyze project performance data, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead post-project reviews to assess outcomes and learnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing marketing projects or campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting for marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred

  • PMP or similar project management certification (preferred but not required)
