Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Programs Manager plans, executes, and optimizes integrated marketing programs aligned to organizational goals.
  • Partners with marketing functions and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact and cohesive brand experiences.
  • Manages processing and tracking of Marketing requests and projects.
  • Lead the annual flagship summit: positioning, attendee experience, content, campaigns, registrations, speakers, branding, and post-event reporting.
  • Track conference marketing performance, including attendance trends and post-event feedback.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for conference planning and execution.
  • Oversee a portfolio of regional events aligned with growth strategy.
  • Monitor program performance with analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Provide insights to improve program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Regularly report results to stakeholders, highlighting learnings and next steps.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–7+ years in related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and tracking projects or programs.
  • Experience supporting or managing events and large-scale marketing initiatives.
