Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that support organizational and departmental goals.
  • Manage all activities related to the processing and tracking of all Marketing requests and projects.
  • Lead the organization’s flagship summits and regional event strategies; own program architecture, customer engagement strategies, operational execution, and reporting on measurable impact toward organizational and departmental objectives.
  • Based in Phoenix Arizona; Denver Colorado; or Grand Junction, Colorado and requires local residency in one of these base locations; local work from home opportunities.
  • Build program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define program goals, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring deliverables stay on time, on budget, and on brand.
  • Coordinate with various teams to develop campaign assets; route work for approvals; champion best practices for planning, execution, measurement, and collaboration.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for program activities.
  • Create and maintain documentation, workflows and templates (Request Intake, Campaign Templates, SOWs, Agendas, Timelines).
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 – 7+ years’ experience in related field required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking of projects and/or programs is required.
  • Experience supporting or managing events and large-scale marketing initiatives is required.
Preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at an enterprise level.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation systems, project management software, and analytics platforms.
