Job Summary

Own segment marketing and multi-channel activation for buildings market, turning segment plans into coordinated campaigns and sales enablement that move buyers through the journey.

  • Segment Marketing Programs: Translate strategies into campaigns, events, and thought leadership to drive differentiated messaging and business outcomes.
  • Campaign Activation: Deliver cohesive, paid/owned/earned programs with cross-functional partners and channel fits.
  • Engagement & Measurement: Use customer and market insights to improve performance and report impact to stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Segment Marketing Programs
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs aligned to Buildings End Market priorities.
  • Translate segment strategies into coordinated campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, customer events, digital experiences, and sales enablement activities.
  • Ensure all activities reinforce segment messaging, differentiation, and business objectives.
  • Drive Integrated Campaign Activation
  • Partner with teams across demand generation, web , communications, content, events , and agencies to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and activation plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering compelling customer experiences throughout the buying journey.
  • Support Customer and Market Engagement
  • Develop marketing programs that address the needs of key audiences, including building owners, executives, facility leaders, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market engagement through industry events, executive programs, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives.
