  • This role manages the day-to-day creation, organization, and delivery of digital and physical assets—menus, signage, promotions, sales materials, and more—ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • The manager will also perform hands-on production tasks such as printing, binding, file preparation, and inventory management while coordinating closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Culinary, HR) as well as external vendors.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral including menus, station signage, promotional materials, catering guides, presentations, sales decks, and digital content for our locations.
  • Perform hands-on production tasks such as printing, cutting, binding, laminating, and assembling materials as needed for unit openings, refreshes, and ongoing promotions.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize digital files for print, digital signage, email, and web deployment, ensuring compatibility, formatting accuracy, and brand compliance with American Dining Creations standards.
  • Partner with creative, culinary, and content teams to ensure all produced materials meet quality standards, operational needs, and project requirements.
  • Manage internal production equipment (printers, binding equipment, cutters, etc.) and coordinate maintenance or service needs.
  • Maintain organized digital-asset filing systems, naming conventions, and version control for all marketing files related to concepts, accounts, and campaigns.
  • Manage file intake, updates, and archival processes to ensure easy retrieval for the marketing team, sales, and field operators.
  • Ensure artwork, templates, menu formats, brand standards, and promotional toolkits are properly stored, updated, and shared across the organization.
  • Support the team with basic file conversions, resizing, compressing, and formatting for various platforms (print, digital signage, email, web, social, presentations).
  • Coordinate the distribution of printed and digital marketing materials to internal teams, field locations, clients, and partners across the American Dining Creations portfolio.
  • Manage shipping logistics, inventory levels, and fulfillment processes for all physical materials, including signage kits, menus, displays, and sales tools.
  • Oversee deployment schedules for digital content such as email campaigns, digital menu boards, in-unit screens, and branded content in coordination with the broader marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate tracking for production, inventory, and distribution schedules.
  • Serve as the central coordinator for day-to-day marketing operations and incoming project requests from sales, operations, HR, and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain workflow processes and project management tools to improve team efficiency and responsiveness to field requests.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and vendor performance; provide regular status updates and reporting to marketing leadership.
  • Troubleshoot production, distribution, or file issues promptly to maintain smooth operational flow and avoid disruptions to unit launches or campaigns.
