Responsibilities

• To assist with communications needs across Baptist Health South Florida including public relations efforts, media relations, social media, internal and external publication production and special event planning and implementation.
• Provides some administrative support for Marketing & Public Relations manager or director.

Requirements

• Bachelor2s degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications or Public Relations.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of latest social media platforms and trends for business.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Maintains demonstrated competency in the use of AI tools to enhance work quality, productivity, and efficiency; appropriately incorporates AI into daily responsibilities while exercising required human judgment, oversight, and adherence to all Baptist Health standards and policies.
• Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year.
• Candidate must be an excellent communicator, must work effectively in a team environment and work independently with little supervision.
