Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create new opportunities with community partners
  • Research, interview, and write a variety of content for corporate communications
  • Lead the planning and execution of special events, community drives, and employee initiatives
  • Execute day-to-day social media strategy across digital platforms
  • Oversee all digital media platforms and ensure brand consistency
  • Plan, organize, and conduct outreach efforts including events, drives and local community events.
  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic
  • Collaborate with executive staff to carry out strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to be welcoming and to put people at ease
  • High level of attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to take on plans and initiatives and run with them
  • Excellent editing and communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing best practices (and how to apply them)
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, WordPress, Canva, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize various needs of clinics and leadership team.
  • Willingness to learn and find new ways for us to connect with patients and the community.
  • A naturally curious, problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills for analyzing data (not just data entry)
  • Comfort using modern AI tools to support your workflow
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in community outreach, nonprofit involvement, and/or program development strongly preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license
