Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, hospitals, healthcare providers, social workers, and community organizations.
• Generate qualified referrals for outpatient therapy, Intensive In-Home (IIH), and other C3 behavioral health services.
• Conduct in-person outreach visits, presentations, and networking activities.
• Identify and establish new community referral partnerships.
• Assist with social media marketing, promotional campaigns, and community events.
• Coordinate with the intake team to ensure timely referral follow-up.
• Track outreach activities, referral sources, and conversion outcomes.
• Submit weekly marketing and outreach performance reports.
• Meet established monthly outreach and partnership development goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, community outreach, healthcare sales, or business development.
• Behavioral health or mental health industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations.
• Established community connections in Mecklenburg, Gaston, Union, Cabarrus, or Rowan counties preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and referral tracking systems.
