Job Summary

Own the orchestration of cross-team programs and data workflows that keep marketing transformation, brand, and GTM initiatives moving with clear visibility and timely updates.

  • Cross-Group Execution: Align calendars, meetings, and status reports across Marketing Transformation, brand management, design, PR, product, and growth teams.
  • Data & Asset Hygiene: Maintain systems of record, metadata, and asset ingestion with transparent Airtable views that communicate progress and delivery volume.
  • Partnership & Insight: Gather market data and insights to identify and inform opportunities for partnerships and program scope.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Schedule and coordinate cross-team meetings include Marketing Transformation core team; manage agenda, track action items and ensure all follow ups are completed.
  • Maintain a team calendar tracking key project dates, key launches, etc.
  • Coordinate weekly status reports that will roll up into a department wide update to be shared with leadership.
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor renewals.
  • Data and Information Coordination: Support and contribute to the process of entering key information and data to our systems of record.
  • Create aggregate Airtable views that meet defined objectives and clearly communicate project level statuses and volume of deliveries.
  • Function as back-up support for descriptive metadata and asset ingestion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with brand management, programming, PR, design, brand & community, product, and GTM & growth teams to track key dates and transformation programs.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing market research, data, and insights to inform partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, operations, or a related role within the media or entertainment industry.
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects using various organizational tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.
  • Advanced Airtable proficiency.

Preferred

  • Fluency in Japanese or other languages is a plus!

Compensation

  • USD 35-40 HOUR
  • The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
