Job Description
Responsibilities
- As the Marketing Operations Specialist you will help the marketing team effectively support both internal partners and franchisees, while managing day-to-day marketing requests and contributing to a seamless, high-quality experience.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related fields is required
- Ability to manage/traffic/anticipate marketing projects and workflow processes
- 2-4 years’ experience
- Process driven but creative and innovative
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
