Own and optimize the marketing tech stack to back demand gen, with Marketo and CRM integrations, website optimization, and data-driven funnel reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and expert for the Openprise Marketo instance, including system architecture/optimization, user management, and integrations with other platforms
  • Work closely with our demand generation and sales teams to understand their needs and provide support for campaign execution, lead management, and pipeline acceleration
  • Oversee external web vendors and own the optimization of the company website by managing content and landing pages, ensuring SEO/analytics/tracking integrations, supporting campaign launches, and driving lead capture and conversion improvements in alignment with the broader marketing tech stack
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and funnel effectiveness. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our marketing processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and data integrity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations (MOPs)
  • Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Marketo
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems for dashboard and reporting
  • Familiarity with LLMs, Agents, Skills, and MCPs
  • Knowledge in web development and web management
  • Proven ability to work with and support demand generation teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data analysis
  • A builder’s mentality with a track record of creating and improving marketing systems and processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the B2B marketing landscape and RevOps best practices
