Own marketing data integrity and cross‑system governance, build analytics dashboards, and drive lead routing, segmentation, scoring, and A/B testing initiatives across the marketing tech stack.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems
  • Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platforms
  • Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management
  • Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable perfect lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing
  • Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QA

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with: Pardot (or Account Engagement) for marketing automation, nurture flows, and lead lifecycle tracking and WordPress for website updates, plugin management, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in WordPress CMS, Salesforce Pardot, GA4, GTM, Unbounce, Ongage, Event Brite, ON24, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Hive
  • Familiarity with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, and working with Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Experience supporting lead routing & scoring, lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics
  • Strong technical aptitude and project management skills—comfortable translating marketing needs into system solutions
  • Clear communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally and train others on tool usage

Preferred

  • Hands-on proficiency working in Salesforce with an intuitive understanding of standard & custom objects, reports, dashboards, list views, and their reporting schema
  • Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling
  • Experience building or maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, QuickSight, or similar)
  • Previous experience with prompt engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysis
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habits
  • Comfortable fielding requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing day-to-day demands
