Job Summary

Own Marketing Operations and scale the function from 50M to 250M+ by owning planning, performance reporting, and tech stacks across channels while driving cross-functional alignment.

Growth Infrastructure: Own planning calendars, launches, and weekly planning to keep campaigns on track.
Marketing Performance Reporting: Build dashboards, track revenue and efficiency metrics, and surface opportunities and risks.
Marketing Technology Stack: Own integrations and data integrity across Klaviyo, Shopify, GA, Northbeam, ads platforms, and automation tools.

Job Description

Own Marketing Operations to scale from 50M to 250M+, leading planning, analytics, tech stack, and automation across channels with cross-functional collaboration.

Growth Infrastructure: Own long-range planning, calendars, launches, and weekly planning meetings to keep initiatives on track.
Marketing Performance Reporting: Build dashboards, report weekly and monthly results, and trackRevenue, CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metrics.
Marketing Technology Stack: Own and optimize the ecosystem including Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics, Northbeam, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Asana, Airtable, Gorgias, Attentive, and platform integrations.
