Job Summary

Own the marketing operations and martech to drive AI-assisted content, SEO, paid media, website as a product, automation, and integrated campaigns from planning through measurement.

  • Lead AI-assisted content production and practitioner reviews.
  • Oversee end-to-end automation, analytics and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, timelines and governance across marketing programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 1. The AI content engine - Run the content production system with your Content Strategist: AI-assisted drafting from practitioner interviews and project material, human editing, practitioner review and sign-off, publication and refresh.
  • 2. SEO, AEO and GEO - Execute Anatta's SEO / answer-engine / generative-engine program: hub-and-spoke architecture, programmatic pages, schema, llms.txt, entity consistency and off-site citation work.
  • 3. Advertising and paid media - Plan, build, QA, launch and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns against the qualified-opportunity definition, not raw lead volume.
  • 4. Website performance and improvement - Own the website as a product: conversion paths, forms and lead routing, page speed and Core Web Vitals, crawlability for search and AI crawlers, analytics and consent.
  • 5. Marketing automation, data and lead management - Build, optimise and maintain automation workflows for lead generation, nurture, lifecycle progression, segmentation, scoring, routing and campaign execution.
  • 6. Integrated campaigns and events - Own operational execution of integrated campaigns end to end — planning, build, QA, launch, optimisation, reporting — across email, webinars, paid media, ABM programs, nurture, outbound initiatives and events.
  • 7. Martech and AI stack administration - Administer the marketing technology stack — CRM, marketing automation, analytics, SEO and AI tooling — and its integration with sales and business systems.
  • 8. Budget, timelines and governance - Manage the marketing budget and timelines with Finance; keep programs on budget and on deadline.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in marketing operations, technical program management, demand generation or digital marketing, with at least five in a marketing-operations or equivalent role.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing generative AI tools and automation workflows end to end — not experimentation, deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and with AI-assisted content production at volume.
  • Proven experience administering large marketing automation platforms and CRM systems and integrating them with other business systems.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, and of how answer engines and AI assistants source and cite content.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills: database structures, data hygiene, analytics and attribution; ability to draw insight from marketing data and act on it.
  • Understanding of lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with technical and strategic components to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience in a B2B services, consultancy or agency environment selling to enterprise buyers.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or enterprise ecommerce.
  • Experience managing a direct report or a small content team.
  • Formal training in AI-first marketing systems (e.g. executive education in intelligent marketing operating systems) is a plus.
  • Experience running events end to end.

Benefits

  • Remote first organization
  • Full medical, dental, vision, disability, and company paid life insurance
  • Employer 401(k) contributions
  • Employee assistance program
  • Start accrual with 20 days of PTO annually + holidays
  • Annual winter break: We close the week between Christmas and New Year's so everyone can truly disconnect and recharge
  • Paid parental leave
  • Company events, happy hours, and retreats
  • Budget for continuing education
  • Other perks vary by location
