- Design and optimize marketing workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability across all campaigns.
- Align cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, revenue management, IT) to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices across the marketing organization.
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, SEO, and local marketing channels.
- Define campaign goals, timelines, and success metrics; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and agency partners to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Own lead management strategy, including lead flow, scoring, segmentation, and routing.
- Optimize lead-to-rental conversion through improved processes, automation, and system integration.
- Partner with operations and sales teams to ensure effective follow-up and customer experience.
- Manage marketing data integrity, tracking, and reporting across platforms (GA4, CRM, marketing automation tools).
