Marketing Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution Lead planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Manage the marketing calendar across multiple locations and channels.
• Translate strategy into plans with timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure campaigns and events are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Marketing Analytics & Performance Monitor lead generation, appointment conversion, client acquisition, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain marketing dashboards and key performance indicators.
• Track expenses and compare performance across channels.
• Identify trends, underperforming initiatives, and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing management, project management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects, deadlines, and external vendors.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and own results.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, project management tools, and modern business technology.

Preferred

• Experience in financial services, professional services, or another relationship-driven industry.
• Event-based marketing and marketing budget/ROI experience.
• Familiarity with lead funnels, marketing automation, and CRM integrations.
• Experience supervising employees or support staff.
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
• Experience improving processes and operational efficiency.
• Financial services experience is helpful but not required. We value operational excellence, sound judgment, and ownership.
