Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, Communications, Retail Management, or related experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, sample management, studio operations, creative production, merchandising, or photography production.
• Experience within apparel, footwear, or accessories strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in both office and studio environments.
• Ability to lift and move product boxes and sample racks (up to 30 lbs).

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud (basic knowledge).
• Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Airtable) or similar.
• PLM or PIM systems experience.
• Shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS) familiarity.
