Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning through execution for MEC marketing initiatives, including managing schedules and cross-functional reviews.
• Attend marketing meetings, document key decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain project timelines and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify roadblocks and proactively escalate risks or delays.
• Support cross-functional marketing projects involving operations, clinical leadership, recruiting, and executive teams.
• Help improve marketing processes, organization, and accountability.
• Serve as a primary liaison between MEC leadership and marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Track agency deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
• Monitor vendor accountability against agreed-upon goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate recurring agency meetings and follow-up communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of marketing coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, or related experience
• Experience working with marketing agencies, vendors, or external partners
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience tracking budgets, invoices, or project expenses
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities

Preferred

• Healthcare, multi-site retail, franchise, or consumer services experience
• Experience with project management platforms
• Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, digital marketing, and marketing analytics
• Experience supporting social media, content creation, or video production
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Experience utilizing AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and execution
