Job Summary

Own internal communications and marketing operations with a focus on content creation, social support, and data-driven updates for the Marketing team.

  • Content & Comms: Draft first-pass materials and summaries using AI tools to speed production.
  • Social & Community: Manage scheduling, drafting, monitoring, and quick engagement to keep channels healthy.
  • Ops & Reporting: Compile metrics, publish updates, triage requests, and keep assets fresh and accessible.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Draft first-pass communications, summaries, and other content using AI-enabled tools and platforms.
  • Support social media activities, including content scheduling, basic drafting, channel monitoring, and community management as needed.
  • Produce recurring team updates and marketing summaries by gathering data and synthesizing information from across the Marketing team.
  • Monitor and triage requests submitted through shared marketing channels, ensuring inquiries are routed appropriately and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and refresh Marketing team content across internal channels (intranet, employee resource sites).
  • Monitor content for accuracy and freshness, proactively identifying opportunities to archive, update, or publish new materials.
  • Support the organization and accessibility of marketing assets and resources.
  • Assist with planning and execution of some small-scale internal events, including communications, logistics, setup, breakdown, and coordination with enterprise partners.
  • Coordinate biannual employee headshot sessions and related communications.
  • Gather and compile marketing metrics and operational data to support monthly and recurring reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing or a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and collaboration tools is preferred.
  • Interest in and willingness to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and content development.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
