Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, studios, and influencers
  • Attend community events and represent Dela in the local area
  • Distribute flyers and coordinate vendor fair opportunities
  • Pitch, negotiate, and manage brand collaborations
  • Build and manage the patient and clinic email database
  • Create and send email campaigns for promotions and events
  • Optimize automated appointment texts and reminders
  • Brainstorm and bring new ideas for reaching potential patients
  • Contribute content ideas and marketing insights to our social media manager
  • Identify upsell and retention opportunities for existing patients
  • Plan seasonal campaigns and special promotions
  • Research and coordinate local events worth attending
  • Help plan Dela’s own events and milestone moments
  • Manage outreach to clinics, rec centers, and community bulletin boards
  • Keep outreach efforts organized and follow up consistently
  • Note on social media: This role does not manage or create social media content - we have a dedicated social media manager for that

Requirements

  • Part-time availability up to 20 hours per week
  • Experience with email marketing, outreach, or community partnerships
  • Natural networker who loves building relationships in the community
  • Can take initiative and follow through without micromanaged supervision
  • Comfortable cold-reaching potential collaborators or attending local events
  • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple outreach efforts
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Able to think on your feet and problem-solve in the moment
  • Excited to leverage AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus, not required
  • Love for women’s health, wellness, or community-building

Preferred

  • Experience using AI tools to assist marketing or outreach
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
