Job Summary
Own hands-on marketing operations for a beauty distributor's marketplace and brand activation, blending content creation, asset design, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration to drive storefront performance and marketplace growth.
- Own reporting and data tracking across campaigns, marketplace performance, and inventory analytics.
- Support Amazon and TikTok Shop listings, content optimization, and creator/affiliate workflows to boost visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and marketplace leadership on growth projects and cross-functional campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Support email campaigns, content creation, and brand activations
- Participate in photoshoots, store visits, and live giveaway events
- Get hands-on — including suiting up as our brand mascot when the moment calls for it
- Design graphics and marketing assets for internal and external use
- Own reporting, data tracking, and operational workflows
- Collaborate closely with marketing leadership on cross-functional projects
- Assist with product listings, content optimization, and storefront management on Amazon and TikTok Shop
- Support campaign setup, monitoring, and performance reporting across marketplace ad platforms
- Help track sales data, inventory, and marketplace analytics
- Assist with TikTok Shop content coordination and creator/affiliate workflows
