Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, content, paid, brand)
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
- Identify growth opportunities across industries and verticals
- Oversee campaigns across paid media, email, web, and social
- Analyze performance data and optimize for ROI
- Build and refine funnels that actually convert
- Act as the strategic lead for key accounts
- Present insights, recommendations, and results with confidence
- Build trust through clarity, speed, and execution
- Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams
Requirements
- 5 years in marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to own results, not just tasks
- Strong understanding of: - Paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) - CRM and email marketing - Website strategy and conversion optimization
- Ability to move between big-picture strategy and detailed execution
- Clear communicator—internally and with clients
- Comfortable in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
- Experience with HubSpot is a bonus
