Job Summary

Own end-to-end campaigns for automotive brands, turning OEM initiatives into dealership-level campaigns while building targeted journeys in a MAP and continually testing for ROI.

  • Campaign ownership: ideation to deployment, testing, and optimization across multiple brands
  • MAP and personalization: manage journeys and refine segmentation and campaign logic
  • Performance feedback: analyze results to drive actionable improvements and cross-functional execution

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own campaigns end-to-end—from ideation and briefing through execution, testing, and optimization
  • Build and manage targeted customer journeys using our internally - developed Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)
  • Write and refine marketing copy for campaigns across channels, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with each brand’s voice
  • Partner with creative teams to deliver engaging, conversion-focused campaigns
  • Manage a portfolio of automotive brands, ensuring all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and objectives while maintaining consistent messaging across channels
  • Translate OEM initiatives (e.g., vehicle launches, sales events) into dealership-level campaigns
  • Stay current on automotive marketing trends and customer behavior
  • Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights
  • Lead testing and optimization strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and campaign logic

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably digital, lifecycle, or CRM marketing)
  • Right to work requirements: This role is limited for candidates with indefinite right to work within the USA.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or similar)
  • Proficiency in project management tools ( Airtable or similar tools a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Adaptable and able to maintain high-quality output under tight timelines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in automotive, retail, or other high-consideration purchase industries
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or similar)
  • Proficiency in project management tools ( Airtable or similar tools a plus)
