Marketing Manager & Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, and other social platforms
• Create and manage a monthly marketing and content calendar
• Take high-quality photos and videos
• Create Reels, short-form videos, Stories, and promotional content
• Write captions and marketing copy that sound natural and fit each brand
• Plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, events, and new service launches
• Manage and grow our social media presence
• Respond to comments and engage with followers
• Build relationships with local influencers, businesses, organizations, and community groups
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and local partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends
• Comfortable taking professional-looking photos and videos
• Strong video editing and content creation skills
• Creative with a good eye for branding and design
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable networking and representing our businesses in the community
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable, professional, and results-driven

Preferred

• Experience with beauty, hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, or local businesses is a plus
