Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Translate business and sales goals into clear marketing plans, priorities, and campaigns.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, growth opportunities, and competitive advantages.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create campaign timelines, budgets, performance targets, and reporting systems.
• Manage the company’s website, social media platforms, email marketing, paid advertising, and online presence.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across all channels and locations.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, advertisements, presentations, videos, and promotional content
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing management, commercial marketing, business growth, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activities with sales and business results.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms, analytics tools, social media, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
