Measurement and optimization: Use Google Analytics and KPI tracking to drive A/B tests and ROI improvements.
Creative & ops: Write ad copy, produce visuals in Canva, and ensure consistent touchpoints across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and optimize for ROI
Run A/B tests and produce performance reports with actionable insights
Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns via Meta Business Suite
Use Google Analytics to track performance, user behavior, and conversions
Write ad copy and social content aligned with brand voice
Produce graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools
Ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

2+ years in digital marketing
Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager experience with measurable results
Proficiency in Google Analytics
Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Strong written communication and project management skills

Preferred

Google Ads or Meta certification
Experience with Go High Level or other marketing automation platforms
CRO experience
Photography or video editing skills
