Job Summary
Own the strategic execution and cross-functional coordination of the bank’s sales support and marketing efforts, translating an annual plan into funded initiatives across advertising, research, PR, and product development.
- Strategic Ownership: Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics tied to the department’s annual goals.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Align efforts across divisions, supervise personnel, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance while maintaining records and reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication: Drive strategic brainstorming, manage inquiries, and maintain clear management communications to accelerate initiatives.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of sales support and marketing strategies and tactics
- Advertising, market research, communications, public relations, and product development
- Implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the department as part of the bank's annual operating plan
- Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions
- Coordinate work with the division, department, or unit, as well as with other divisions, departments, or units
- Supervise assigned personnel
- Comply with established operating policies and procedures
- Ensure the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements
- Communicate with appropriate management and staff personnel
- Respond to inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in a related field of study with a minimum of 4 years related experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
