Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Creating and running marketing campaigns to attract new residents and get attention from families of potential residents.
Spending time creating regular marketing overviews.
Identifying strategies to increase occupancy.
Creating advertising, email campaigns events and social media.
Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials that drive advertising sales.
