Job Summary

Own shopper marketing budget governance and omni-channel activation planning, turning budget data into aligned spend plans and business-ready activation signals.

  • Budget governance and forecasting: IMC/shopper marketing with finance, including media spend tracking and variance communication.
  • Cross-functional budget health monitoring: collaborate with agencies and finance to identify overspends/underspends for reinvestment.
  • Omni Commerce activation planning support: assist platform planning and execution from brief to delivery with Omni Commerce and CDO teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for day-to-day management and monthly/quarterly reconciliation of shopper marketing and IMC budgets, including media spend tracking, forecasting for finance, and communicating budget shifts.
  • Management of Media Authorization Forms (MAF) and Purchase Order (PO) processing for US and Canada, ensuring accuracy and tracking for IMC working media, production, and fees.
  • Proactively identifying process inefficiencies and leading improvements, such as automated dashboards and streamlined budget tracking systems.
  • Collaboration with agency partners and finance to monitor budget health, identifying overspends or underspends for potential reinvestment opportunities.
  • Cross-functional partnership with Omni Commerce and CDO teams to build and communicate holistic commerce activation plans.
  • Assists with communication of upcoming programming through existing channels and optimizes the communication process ongoing.
  • Supports manager in the omni shopper activation platform planning and execution process as needed from brief to execution.
  • Inputs on customer presentations and attends customer and brand meetings as assigned.
  • Developing annual planning templates in partnership with commerce agency, collecting submissions and building recommended plans for alignment with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in CPG, Sales, Shopper Marketing, eCom or Marketing
  • Self-starter, independent thinker, action oriented, and passionate about brand/shopper marketing
  • Analytically inclined with the ability to link seemingly disparate pieces of information
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize/work effectively under pressure
