Job Summary

Own growth of admissions and referral development through physician relations, cross-functional marketing, and hospital partnerships.

  • Growth ownership: Drive admissions growth and build a local referral network with physicians, hospitals, and case managers.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate weekly marketing discussions with Administrator heads and nursing to ensure service levels and campaigns stay aligned.
  • Revenue and environment: Monitor payer sources and the center environment to protect intake and revenue streams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Regularly and customarily spends majority of his/her time engaged in growing admissions.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the centers products, services, capabilities and physician relations
  • Takes active role in morning Kick-Off Meeting
  • Meets weekly with Administrator/department heads to discuss marketing issues
  • Meets regularly with nursing to discuss clinical service levels
  • Evaluates center physical environment through weekly rounds and discusses with Administrator
  • Maintains an educated understanding of all payer sources and their impact on revenue.
  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, health care or related business field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience targeted to physicians, hospital personnel and case managers preferred.
  • Proven success in personally developing referrals for a medical product from health care target markets (physicians, hospitals and case managers).
  • Evidence of a local referral network from which to develop referrals.
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior, exhibiting high self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness and a desire to succeed.
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience With Local Community Groups Preferred.
  • Presents professional image through appearance, behavior and speech.
