Job Summary

Own and orchestrate the customer events and storytelling engine, turning complex engineering into customer value through executive demos, events, and industry engagements.

  • Event ownership: plan, message, and run of show for customer events, executive demos, and trade shows.
  • Storytelling: translate technical concepts into clear narratives that resonate with buyers and cross-functional partners.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Engineering, Advanced Technical Sales, and business units to highlight key technologies and surface product insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-impact customer events, executive demonstrations, and trade shows
  • Design engaging, end-to-end customer experiences—from concept through execution
  • Own event strategy, messaging, and run of show
  • Help translate complex engineering concepts into clear, compelling customer stories
  • Partner with Engineering, Advanced Technical Sales, and Business Units to highlight key technologies
  • Create narratives that showcase innovation and customer value
  • Build and manage a portfolio of customer events and industry engagements
  • Establish priorities and monitor effectiveness
  • Gather feedback from customer interactions
  • Ensure insights inform product development and strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, product marketing, or technical marketing
  • Experience in customer engagement, events, or experiential marketing
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
  • Background in automotive, industrial, or technology-driven industries
